In your case, you have the right to these benefits:

a) Widow’s pension of 52% of your spouse’s regulatory monthly salary base. If minimal revenue and family burdens are proven, this sum may be 70%.

B. Orphan’s pensionof 20% for each child, calculated in the same way as the widow’s pension. In theory, it is received until the child reaches 18 years of age but can exceptionally be extended to 21 or 23 years of age pursuant to certain legal requirements. The sum of the pensions may not exceed 100% of the regulatory monthly salary base, except in isolated cases.
c) A lump sum indemnity of 6 monthly payments and another monthly payment for each child

(d) An official payment of 30 euros as a death benefit, supplemented by another 1,000 euros in social aid awarded by the Special Benefits Committee.
