The application, which must be processed by the mutual insurance company you are covered by for cease of activity, may be submitted up until the last day of the month following the one during which such cease occurred.
The right to receive the corresponding economic benefit shall be effective from the day following the fall in the corresponding special scheme.
Nonetheless, the deadline for submitting an application for legal situations of cease of activity caused by economic, technical, production or organizational reasons, force majeure, gender violence, the client’s will, the client’s death, incapacity or retirement begins on the date indicated in the documents proving the cause of the cease.
If the application is submitted after the established deadline, the days between the date the application should have been submitted and the date it actually was submitted will be deducted.
