The organization that processes the benefit for a cease of activity is the Mutual Insurance Company with which you covered for cease of activities.
The mutual insurance company manages the duties and services deriving from the benefit for a cease of activity and recognizes, suspends, extinguishes and reinitiates such benefits in addition to paying them out.
All of this is without prejudice to any powers allocated to the competent government authorities as concerns sanctions for social violations.
The processing organization is the Marine Social Institute if the cease of activity is covered by it or the Spanish Public Employment Service if the cease of activity is arranged with the Spanish National Social Security Institute.
