What is form TA.6?

One of the procedures required to create a company is registration as an employer with the Social Security system and the opening of a first or main contribution account.

This procedure is done using a form, form TA.6, which must be submitted to the General Social Security Treasury in person at the office closest to the registered address for the specific activity or electronically via the Electronic Office (if you have a digital certificate).

When you request this registration, you must indicate the managing or collaborating entity you choose to be covered for occupational accident (AT) and occupational disease (EP) risks.
