What documentation should I submit to process the Bonus incentive?

To be able to process the Bonus incentive, you should complete this form and send it, together with this documentation:

  • National ID Card, Personal Tax Code or passport of the company representative signing the application and certificates.
  • Documentation accrediting the authority to represent the business of the person signing the application and declaration.
  • Documentation accrediting the investments in prevention made during the period of observation, if there are any and if opting for an additional maximum of 5% of the fees.
  • Bank certificate issued by your bank for payment of the incentive.
