You must meet the following in order to receive this benefit:
- Be registered with Asepeyo and covered by the self-employed cease of activity option.
- Have covered the minimum contribution period of 12 consecutive months immediately prior to the cease of activity situation (the month during which the cease occurs counts).
- If you have employees, you must have fulfilled the guarantees, obligations and procedures established.
- Not have reached the ordinary age of retirement unless the contribution period required for it has not been covered.
