Virtual Complaints Office

The Virtual Complaints Office of the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social Security manages the complaints from workers about the management of friendly societies. The ministry centralises complaints and then sends them to the friendly society. This provides an answer and the ministry then sends it to the worker.
