La seua finalitat \u00e9s cobrir econ\u00f2micament situacions de necessitat o estats especials que han sorgit als treballadors o els seus drethavents (persones que tenen drets legals respecte de l&#8217;accidentat, habitualment per motius hereditaris), com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un accident de treball o malaltia professional.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes prestacions es reconeixen a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una comissi\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 intervenen, a parts iguals, representants dels treballadors i de les empreses, i es denomina Comissi\u00f3 de Prestacions Especials.<\/p>\n<p>La normativa que les regula \u00e9s la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Resolucion-DGOSS-Prestaciones-complementarias-FIRMADA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resoluci\u00f3 del 28 d\u2019octubre de 2019<\/a> de la Direcci\u00f3 General d&#8217;Ordenaci\u00f3 de la Seguretat Social, per la qual s\u2019estableix el r\u00e8gim d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de les prestacions complement\u00e0ries de l&#8217;art. 96.1 b) del text ref\u00f3s de la Llei general de la Seguretat Social.<\/p>\n<div class=\"titulo\">\n<h2>Qui pot sol\u00b7licitar-les i quins s\u00f3n els requisits?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<ul class=\"fa-ul m-2\">\n<li><i class=\"fad fa-check-double text-primary\"><\/i> TTreballadors accidentats o afectats per una malaltia professional<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fad fa-check-double text-primary\"><\/i> Drethavents dels treballadors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Els requisits per a accedir a aquestes prestacions s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"fa-ul m-2\">\n<li><i class=\"fad fa-check-double text-primary\"><\/i> Nom\u00e9s es pot recon\u00e9ixer una \u00fanica ajuda per accident o malaltia professional<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fad fa-check-double text-primary\"><\/i> No superar determinat l\u00edmit d&#8217;ingressos de la unitat de conviv\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;accidentat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"titulo\">\n<h2>Quines ajudes pots sol\u00b7licitar?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Rehabilitaci\u00f3 i recuperaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"fa-ul m-2\">\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Ajuda per a costejar l&#8217;ingr\u00e9s en un centre sociosanitari o residencial<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Ajuda per a costejar les despeses vinculades a l&#8217;ingr\u00e9s d&#8217;un treballador en un centre hospitalari<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Ajuda per a pr\u00f2tesi i ajudes t\u00e8cniques no incloses en la Seguretat Social<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Ajuda per a tractaments m\u00e8dics o ter\u00e0pies no incloses en la Seguretat Social<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reorientaci\u00f3 professional i adaptaci\u00f3 del lloc de treball:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"fa-ul m-2\">\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Cursos per a la formaci\u00f3 professional i inserci\u00f3 sociolaboral<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Adaptaci\u00f3 del local on el treballador aut\u00f2nom desenvolupa la seua activitat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ajuda per a l&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 dels mitjans essencials per al desenvolupament de les activitats b\u00e0siques de la vida di\u00e0ria:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"fa-ul m-2\">\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Ajuda per a l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de barreres en l\u2019habitatge habitual<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Ajuda per a l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019habitatge habitual adaptat<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Ajuda per a l&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 de vehicle<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Suport domiciliari per al desenvolupament de les activitats b\u00e0siques de la vida di\u00e0ria<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Ajuda per a l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a les noves tecnologies de la informaci\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Altres prestacions:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"fa-ul m-2\">\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Complement a l&#8217;auxili per defunci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Ajuda per a la formaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 de persones en situaci\u00f3 de gran invalidesa<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fal fa-arrow-right\"><\/i> Ajuda per al manteniment de la possessi\u00f3 o gaudi de l\u2019habitatge habitual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"titulo\">\n<h3>Com pots sol\u00b7licitar una ajuda social?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p>Descarrega i ompli el formulari de sol\u00b7licitud d&#8217;ajuda social.
