Nuestra mente suele vivir en una carrera constante. No requiere de equipos especiales, ni vestimenta particular, ni horas de aislamiento.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poemos dividir la pr\u00e1ctica en dos vertientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><strong>La pr\u00e1ctica formal<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Implica <strong>reservar un tiempo espec\u00edfico<\/strong> <strong>cada d\u00eda<\/strong> para sentarse, tumbarse o caminar en silencio; enfocando deliberadamente la atenci\u00f3n en un objeto espec\u00edfico, normalmente la respiraci\u00f3n. Cuando la mente inevitablemente se distrae (algoperfectamente normal), el ejercicio consiste en <strong>notar la distracci\u00f3n<\/strong> sin juzgar y devolver suavemente la atenci\u00f3n al foco elegido.<br \/>\nComenzar con<strong> 10 o 15 minutos diarios<\/strong> es suficiente para empezar a notar los cambios.<\/p><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><strong>La pr\u00e1ctica informal (micromomentos)<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\">Esto supone llevar la atenci\u00f3n plena a tus actividades cotidianas:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>. Ducharse con sentido <\/strong>&#8211; Siente la temperatura del agua y el aroma del jab\u00f3n en lugar de repasar tu lista de pendientes.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\">. <strong>Escucha activa <\/strong>&#8211; Cuando alguien te hable, esc\u00fachalo plenamente, sin preparar tu respuesta, mientras la otra persona todav\u00eda no ha terminado.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>.
