It consists of representatives of mutualists and their components do not perceive any kind of retribution.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"no-list-style icon-list\">\n<li>\n\t\t\t<i class=\"fal fa-file-pdf text-primary\"><\/i><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Organigrama-junta-directiva-asepeyo.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Download the Governing Body structure<\/a>\n\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Managing <strong>Director<\/strong>: It exercises the executive direction of the mutual and develops its general objectives and the ordinary direction of the entity. It is appointed by the Board of Directors and its appointment is contingent upon the confirmation of the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social security.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"titulo\">\n<h2><span id=\"Organos_de_Participacion\">Participatory Bodies<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Control and Monitoring Commission:<\/strong> It is the body of participation of the social agents, which corresponds to know and report the management of the mutual and propose measures for the best development of the same. It is formed by representatives appointed by the most prominent business and trade union organizations.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"no-list-style icon-list\">\n<li>\n\t\t\t<i class=\"fal fa-file-pdf text-primary\"><\/i><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Organigrama-comision-control-y-seguimiento-asepeyo.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Download the Monitoring and Control Committee structure<\/a> (22 Kbytes)\n\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special Benefits Commission:<\/strong> It provides financial aid designed to alleviate the needs of occupational accidents or occupational diseases.
