Esto trae como consecuencia directa que muchos de nosotros experimentemos sentimientos desagradables como la frustraci\u00f3n, irritabilidad y un alto nivel de tensi\u00f3n emocional, que acabar\u00e1 generando<strong> estr\u00e9s y desgaste profesional.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoy en d\u00eda<strong> los trabajadores se ven expuestos a factores de presi\u00f3n laboral<\/strong> como la deslocalizaci\u00f3n, la inestabilidad, el alto nivel de complejidad de sus funciones, fusiones empresariales, un desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico exponencial, etc. A esto se suman otros aspectos sociales: menor nivel de autonom\u00eda en determinados puestos de trabajo, mayor sobrecarga de trabajo, aumento de las demandas emocionales, falta de definici\u00f3n de los objetivos profesionales, o ausencia de feedback sobre las tareas realizadas. Todos estos factores van a repercutir, de manera directa, en la integraci\u00f3n y desarrollo de la persona, y acabar\u00e1n generando estr\u00e9s laboral o desgaste profesional.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-903420 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/estres-laboral-mindfulness-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"estres-laboral-mindfulness\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/estres-laboral-mindfulness-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/estres-laboral-mindfulness-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/estres-laboral-mindfulness-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/estres-laboral-mindfulness.jpg 1254w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>El estr\u00e9s es una respuesta del organismo ante un est\u00edmulo que nuestra mente interpreta como una amenaza.<\/strong> En este momento comienza una fase de alarma (nuestro organismo se prepara para emitir una respuesta) que continuar\u00e1 con una fase de resistencia (se dan los cambios oportunos para enfrentarnos a la situaci\u00f3n) y finalizar\u00e1 con una fase de agotamiento (se genera un progresivo desgaste de energ\u00eda para superar las amenaza).\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El estr\u00e9s viene determinado por el equilibrio entre la demanda del exterior y la percepci\u00f3n de nuestros recursos para afrontarla<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si hablamos de <strong>estr\u00e9s laboral<\/strong>: la persona percibe que las exigencias y demandas de su trabajo son m\u00e1s elevadas que sus capacidades, recursos o necesidades y, por lo tanto, no se ver\u00e1 capaz de superar con \u00e9xito dicha situaci\u00f3n. El estr\u00e9s viene determinado por el equilibrio que encontramos entre la demanda que nos llega del exterior y la percepci\u00f3n que tenemos de nuestros recursos para afrontarla. O, dicho de otra manera, por el grado de control de la situaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde la psicolog\u00eda general sanitaria nos centramos en ayudar a la persona a gestionar esta ecuaci\u00f3n, para que la persona se sienta capaz de afrontar todas las demandas y exigencias, y no perciba su \u00e1mbito laboral como una amenaza contra la que se encuentra sin recursos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-903463 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/mindfulness-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"mindfulness\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/mindfulness-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/mindfulness-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/mindfulness-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/mindfulness.jpg 1253w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde hace tiempo una de las estrategias que m\u00e1s nos ayuda es el <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mindfulness\"><strong>Mindfulness<\/strong><\/a>, definido como &#8220;la atenci\u00f3n plena&#8221;.
