Atento a estas 10 claves:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Horario<\/h3>\n<p>Sigue un horario regular para ir a dormir y despertarte. Siesta<\/h3>\n<p>Si tienes la costumbre de hacer la siesta, intenta que no dure m\u00e1s de 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Tabaco y alcohol<\/h3>\n<p>No fumes y no bebas alcohol, 4 horas antes de acostarte<\/p>\n<h3>4. Cafe\u00edna y otros estimulantes<\/h3>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de media tarde, evita el caf\u00e9, el t\u00e9, los refrescos y el chocolate.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Alimentaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Toma una cena ligera. Evita las comidas picantes, o con mucho az\u00facar, 4 horas antes de acostarte.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Ejercicio<\/h3>\n<p>Haz ejercicio f\u00edsico con regularidad. No realices una pr\u00e1ctica deportiva intensa cerca de la hora de acostarte.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Comodidad<\/h3>\n<p>Duerme en un colch\u00f3n c\u00f3modo y utiliza una almohada adecuada. Si tienes televisor en la habitaci\u00f3n, elim\u00ednalo.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Entorno acogedor<\/h3>\n<p>Crea un lugar adecuado para el descanso. Elimina toda luz del dormitorio, tambi\u00e9n la del tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil, que deber\u00eda quedarse fuera. Silencia cualquier tipo de ruido. Rutina<\/h3>\n<p>Establece una rutina antes de acostarte. Es importante que est\u00e9s relajado al acostarte. Antes de ir a la cama puedes tomar un ba\u00f1o caliente o una infusi\u00f3n, o practicar t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n\/mindfulness para liberarte de las tensiones diarias.<\/p>\n<h3>10. Tu habitaci\u00f3n es tu mundo<\/h3>\n<p>S\u00f3lo para dormir y para las relaciones de pareja. No la utilices como espacio de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y recuerda&#8230; <\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Mantener un correcto descanso es efectivo para prevenir los trastornos del sue\u00f1o.
