{"id":60375,"date":"2018-10-17T16:35:25","date_gmt":"2018-10-17T14:35:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/?p=60375"},"modified":"2018-10-18T09:57:54","modified_gmt":"2018-10-18T07:57:54","slug":"gamificando-prevencion-riesgos-laborales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/ca\/blog\/seguridad-laboral\/gamificando-prevencion-riesgos-laborales\/","title":{"rendered":"Gamificando la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La gamificaci\u00f3n es el uso de mec\u00e1nicas de juego aplicadas en entornos no l\u00fadicos con el fin de potenciar la motivaci\u00f3n y\/o reforzar conductas.<\/p>\n<p>En contra de lo que se pueda pensar gamificar no es jugar. Gamificar es utilizar t\u00e9cnicas psicol\u00f3gicas para conseguir que los participantes de una actividad no recreativa experimenten las mismas sensaciones que cuando juegan. Cuando una persona decide participar en un juego acepta retos planteados, se somete a l\u00edmites y reglas y participa en un proceso de aprendizaje con el \u00fanico fin de experimentar sensaciones positivas. Al usar la gamificaci\u00f3n queremos conseguir que una tarea considerada a priori &#8220;aburrida&#8221; o \u201cseria\u201d pase a percibirse como &#8220;divertida&#8221; o \u201cpositiva\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-60378 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Gamificaci\u00f3n-y-PRL_5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Gamificaci\u00f3n-y-PRL_5.png 800w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Gamificaci\u00f3n-y-PRL_5-300x206.png 300w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Gamificaci\u00f3n-y-PRL_5-768x528.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo repercute la gamificaci\u00f3n en la formaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n en prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Incrementa la motivaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> La motivaci\u00f3n se relaciona, en este caso, con la\u00a0voluntad y con el\u00a0inter\u00e9s que se muestra hacia la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos en el trabajo, e implica repercusiones positivas en el rendimiento de la organizaci\u00f3n, como la\u00a0reducci\u00f3n\u00a0de la accidentalidad o el absentismo, por citar un par de ejemplos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Genera expectaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> La curiosidad y la novedad provocan un \u201cefecto llamada\u201d hacia el resto de trabajadores que a\u00fan no han participado en la experiencia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Propicia la creaci\u00f3n de un entorno fail-safe:<\/strong> Lo informal del entorno creado de manera gamificada a la hora de impartir formaci\u00f3n hace que se reduzca el miedo a equivocarse o al rid\u00edculo, lo que aumenta la participaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modifica el paradigma formativo tradicional memor\u00edstico:<\/strong> El trabajador pasa a tomar un papel activo en las formaciones, se involucra, toma decisiones, dispone de autonom\u00eda y aprende.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fomenta la cohesi\u00f3n social:<\/strong> El ambiente l\u00fadico ayuda a reforzar habilidades y conocimientos, y estimula la uni\u00f3n y la competencia sana del grupo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Genera un refuerzo positivo<\/strong> ante la idea de prevenci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para conseguir que una estrategia de gamificaci\u00f3n tenga \u00e9xito, se deben conocer los principios psicol\u00f3gicos de la motivaci\u00f3n humana. Si solo se otorgan \u201cpuntos\u201d y \u201cmedallas\u201d, sin conocer dichos principios, lo \u00fanico que se consigue es un cambio superficial, simplemente est\u00e9tico del sistema que se pretend\u00eda mejorar.
