Pero una falta de habilidades para hacerlo puede conducir a estados de <\/span><b>estr\u00e9s mantenido<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y otras situaciones, por lo que es conveniente trabajar bien las aptitudes de manejo emocional. La <strong>interacci\u00f3n social<\/strong>, con el <strong>entorno laboral<\/strong> y con la <strong>familia<\/strong> son claves para su desarrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1489131 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/salud-mental-shutterstock_2349633725-1024x540.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"540\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/salud-mental-shutterstock_2349633725-1024x540.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/salud-mental-shutterstock_2349633725-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/salud-mental-shutterstock_2349633725-768x405.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/salud-mental-shutterstock_2349633725-1536x810.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/salud-mental-shutterstock_2349633725-2048x1079.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bajo el lema \u201c<\/span><b>Compartimos vulnerabilidad, defendamos nuestra salud mental\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el movimiento asociativo Salud Mental Espa\u00f1a destaca una realidad com\u00fan: que<\/span><b> todas las personas son vulnerables <\/b>frente a las m\u00faltiples <b>crisis <\/b>y <b>emergencias, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y que <\/span><b>todos <\/b>podemos ver afectada nuestra <b>salud mental.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, es importante <\/span><b>impulsar medidas de prevenci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, fortalecer las<\/span><b> redes de apoyo comunitario<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, mejorar los <\/span><b>servicios de atenci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, adem\u00e1s de fomentar una cultura basada en la <\/span><b>empat\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el <\/span><b>cuidado mutuo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y la <\/span><b>reconstrucci\u00f3n colectiva<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Objetivos de la campa\u00f1a anual<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconocer que<strong> todas las personas<\/strong> experimentamos momentos de fragilidad emocional.<b><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomentar la <strong>empat\u00eda social<\/strong> y la inclusi\u00f3n.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promover <strong>espacios seguros<\/strong> para expresar emociones sin estigma.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Destacar que la salud mental es una <strong>causa colectiva<\/strong>, no solo individual.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <strong>vulnerabilidad es universal<\/strong>. El apoyo social puede ayudarte a enfrentar desaf\u00edos y reducir el estr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Habla sobre tus sentimientos con tu entorno. <\/b>No tengas miedo de expresar tus emociones y buscar apoyo cuando lo necesites. <b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>S\u00e9 rec\u00edproco. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No s\u00f3lo busques apoyo, sino tambi\u00e9n ofrece el tuyo. La reciprocidad <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fortalece las relaciones y crea un ambiente de apoyo mutuo. <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u00danete a grupos con intereses comunes.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Busca clases, grupos de voluntariado o <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">actividades relacionadas con tus pasatiempos e intereses para <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">conocer personas con valores y metas similares.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Participa en la comunidad. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invol\u00facrate en eventos o
