En invierno lo podemos ver al cambiar de estado gaseoso a l\u00edquido, formando el vaho que exhalamos. El vapor se condensa en min\u00fasculas gotitas en apariencia de humo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando respiramos, la temperatura del aire al exhalar est\u00e1 sobre los 35\u00baC, y la cantidad de vapor que contiene es del 95 % de humedad relativa, muy cercana a la saturaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-1344875 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/mascarilla-en-invierno-pq-1024x593.jpg\" alt=\"mascarilla-en-invierno\" width=\"1024\" height=\"593\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/mascarilla-en-invierno-pq-1024x593.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/mascarilla-en-invierno-pq-300x174.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/mascarilla-en-invierno-pq-768x445.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/mascarilla-en-invierno-pq.jpg 1250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la humedad relativa y la saturaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El aire atmosf\u00e9rico est\u00e1 compuesto de aire seco y vapor de agua. La humedad relativa relaciona en porcentaje la cantidad de vapor de agua (es un gas) con la cantidad m\u00e1xima que admite el aire en el que est\u00e1 mezclado. Esa cantidad m\u00e1xima depender\u00e1 de la presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica y de la temperatura. Y tiene un l\u00edmite, que llamamos estado de saturaci\u00f3n. Si superamos esa cantidad de vapor, el exceso se condensa en las superficies m\u00e1s fr\u00edas que encuentre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si consideramos fija la presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica, que depender\u00e1 de la altura a la que estemos respecto del nivel del mar, a mayor temperatura mayor capacidad de contener vapor de agua. Si la temperatura desciende, ocurre al rev\u00e9s. Esto sucede cuando se enfr\u00eda el aire por la ma\u00f1ana hasta alcanzar la temperatura de roc\u00edo y aparecen las gotas sobre las hojas de las plantas al amanecer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre entonces?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El aire de nuestra respiraci\u00f3n est\u00e1 caliente y muy h\u00famedo (unos 35\u00baC y 95% HR, est\u00e1 muy cerca de su saturaci\u00f3n en vapor de agua). Por esta raz\u00f3n, al enfriarse r\u00e1pidamente con el fr\u00edo aire exterior (5\u00baC por ejemplo), alcanza muy pronto la temperatura de roc\u00edo (unos 34\u00baC) y no le da tiempo a condensarse fuera de nuestra mascarilla. Lo har\u00e1, por tanto, dentro de ella en mayor proporci\u00f3n que en verano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1344826 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/condensacion-aire-exhalado.jpg\" alt=\"mascarilla-en-invierno\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/condensacion-aire-exhalado.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/condensacion-aire-exhalado-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.asepeyo.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/condensacion-aire-exhalado-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos evitar esta condensaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00danicamente ser\u00eda posible si se mantiene dentro de la mascarilla una temperatura lo m\u00e1s parecida posible a la temperatura de exhalaci\u00f3n. Deber\u00edamos proteger del fr\u00edo a la mascarilla con alguna prenda aislante y que nos permita respirar. Por ejemplo, una bufanda o braga polar que nos tape, adem\u00e1s del cuello, la boca.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Y en el trabajo, \u00bfqu\u00e9 puedes hacer?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para proteger la mascarilla necesitar\u00edamos cubrirla con una prenda que nos permita respirar con comodidad, que no disminuya la respirabilidad. Y adem\u00e1s, que el aislamiento t\u00e9rmico que nos ofrezca sea suficiente para que la temperatura en la zona de respiraci\u00f3n de la mascarilla no baje demasiado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En los trabajos con estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico por fr\u00edo debe evaluarse y elegir la vestimenta adecuada para trabajar. Estamos refiri\u00e9ndonos a trabajos en c\u00e1maras frigor\u00edficas y en el exterior con condiciones clim\u00e1ticas adversas. El vestuario para fr\u00edo que es EPI debe cumplir dos normas: para temperaturas superiores a -5\u00baC la UNE EN-14058:2017 y por debajo de -5\u00baC la UNE EN 342:2017.
